As I find in most of your "zoo" shots... this does not look like an animal in a zoo. It looks like you were perched upon a rock out somewhere in the Rockies and this animal came along and BOOM! you had it.
Definitely a very "out in nature" feel. As I find with your pictures you stay very true to the animals. Capturing them in a heart beat.

He does look like he's stalking something... or someone. His face has one of concentration. The lighting and shadows give the feel of a close to sundown hunt. Stalking his prey down quietly.
Though this picture has frozen this moment in time, the animal appears still in motion. The fading around the edges adds to the mystery and suspense.

I think the frame on this compliments the picture quiet wonderfully. Though it is a tad bit heavy, it's still nice. And it appears to just blend into the photography, framing this artwork nicely.
