Ever Vigilant by LoneWolfPhotography Ever Vigilant by LoneWolfPhotography
One of my most favorite shots of Zawadi, the male Lion at the Oregon Zoo's Predators of the Serengeti exhibit. I just loved the way he looked between the rock wall and the "fence" of fallen branches in the foreground.

His look is so full of concentration, alert to anything in his kingdom.

This image is the home page photo on one of my Portfolios, Serengeti Predators II

Thank you so much Marilyn! I really was happy with this shot. I'd like to ask, have you stopped making your beautiful manipulations? I haven't seen any from you in a long time. You're "newest" module still shows the one you made for me. Did you give in to the pressure for no more horse manipulations? :(

You're welcome! I wholeheartedly agree, it's a very nice photo :)

I seem to have lost my inspiration for doing manip's. Still, it was kind of you to ask :iconsadhugplz: Perhaps it's just the winter blues :iconsadsadsadplz:

Yeh, he does. :D It's getting smaller I think as his mane is starting to grow in. When he first arrived at the zoo, the mohawk was taller and more pronounced. I believe he is going to be a stunning lion when his mane is fully grown in and turns the darker brown I am hoping it does. :excited:
