The Columbia River at dusk. The partially cloud covered sun just out of frame sent rays of silver down to the water and created millions of dazzling diamonds on it's surface, brilliant enough to be hard to look at without stinging the eyes. I added some natural foliage in silhouette to give the shot some depth and a sense of place. Hope some of you like it. This was taken in April, 2 years ago, in an area I know as the Columbia River Lowlands, just north of a State Park I can't remember the name of,
in Vancouver Washington.
